Davletbaev Rail was born in Bashkiria, Russia, in 1961.

Graduated from the Kazan Secondary Art School in 1980.

Graduated from the Moscow State Art Institute named after V.Surikov in 1991.

Took part in more then 11 personal and group exhibitions in several countries including

Russia, France, the Great Britain and Germany.

The artist's artworks are to be found in private collectins in Germany, Italy, the Great Britain, Japan, France and Russia.
