Anatoliy Sivkoff was born in Siberia in 1952.
1966-1973 – physical and mathematical school, faculty of physics, the Novosibirsk university.
1976-1981 – producer faculty, the Leningrad Theatrical institute.
1981-1990 – Perm and Leningrad theatres.
Since 1991 – freelance artist.
Member of the Union of Artists of Russia.
Took part in various exhibitions in Saint-Petersburg, Moscow, Paris, London, Amsterdam, USA.

1997 - Group exhibition 'S.S.S.R.' (Synochkin, Sivkov, Safronov. Russia) in the Dostoevsky Literary Memorial Museum, St. Petersburg;
1997 - prizewinner of 'Window to Holland' exhibition, Netherlands Consulate in St. Petersburg;
1996-1998 - season auctions of Russian painters works in Paris;
1998 - group exhibition in Rochester City, NY;
